Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at trendsavvy.com. We are also shoppers at heart and there is nothing more frustrating than a complicated and outdated return policy. We have removed all the red tape to create this straightforward guide:

Returns Process

  • “Final Sale” items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Non-“final sale” items are returnable for store credits only.
  • Returns will only be accepted up to 30 calendar days from delivery of your merchandise.
  • Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in all original packaging.
  • All returns must have the return label generated from your Trend Savvy account at Trendsavvy.com.
  • Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Once we receive and inspect your returns, please allow 1-2 weeks for the process to complete. All approved returns are refundable via a Trend Savvy store credits (including sales tax, as applicable), that can immediately be used on future purchases. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been applied.


Damaged Items

If you received damaged merchandise, please notify our Customer Support for immediate assistance. Once confirmed and approved, a full refund will be processed back to your credit card or original method of payment.


Defective Items

Trend Savvy will assist customers with warranty for defective items, since each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. However, Trend Savvy does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold. Please contact our Customer Support for immediate assistance.



At this time, Trend Savvy do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a merchandise, please return it using our returns process above and then place a new order.


Order Cancellation / Modifications

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours after the purchase. Once the order has been processed and forwarded to our supplier, it can no longer be cancelled and modified. You can return the item back to us by following our return process above.



Please take note that the original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the amount of your refund unless the returned item is damaged or defective.

You may also be responsible for paying for your own return. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount.

When returning a merchandise, please keep hold of your return tracking information. Trend Savvy is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your return is processed, which will include the full details of refund credited.
